Two of today’s most vicious and thunderous Deathcore bands on the market, in one place. Suicide Silence and Emmure shredded the halls of the Emporium with echos and shrieks enough to scare even the most loyal fan. With opening support from Fit For an Autopsy and Within the Ruins, this night had plenty of batter and abuse of energy.

While both of the openers we’re solid, the crowd was eager to hear the punishing sounds of Queen’s own, Emmure.
Whilst incorporating some of their most punishing songs in full motion, tracks like “Sunday Bacon”, “Most Hated” and “E” provide more fuel to the fire as the crowd awaited Suicide Silence.

The guys of SS have established quite a following since their debut in 2007, and with the untimely passing of their singer Mitch Lucker from a motorcycle accident, the band brought on-board Eddie Hermida and managed to changed their sound a bit to keep the fan base more entertained. While still keeping their power, the songs seem to flow more varied this time around, therefore making the bands progression more enjoyable.

On this night the band brings out their prime cuts, crowed favorites “You Only Live Once” and “No Pity for a Coward” tantalized with deathcore frills. But is the constant barrage of crushing tilt that takes the cake. Added bonus our photographer Dhruv managed to get an All Access Pass on stage with the band, and the photos are incredibly pleasing.
