I definitely agree that it is more eclectic in Europe, you can go to a festival in Europe and see Pink, Machine Head, Alanis Morrisette and Therapy? All on the same bill on the same day on the same stage.
Closing the Ramblin’ Man Fair for 2018 were the Cult, who ironically turned out to be the surprise of the day for many.
I would have Howlin’ Wolf along to the party too. Again a huge 6ft 6 bloke, pretty scary you know, but that would be so interesting.
I vacated the site with friends old and new and fond memories, some recent, some from the distant past but all conjured up by an emotive combination of music and good company
