Buckcherry

LA rockers Buckcherry headlined Irving Plaza and lit up the place in support of their sixth studio album titled “Confessions”. “Confessions” was produced by Keith Nelson and Marti Frederiksen (AEROSMITH, OZZY OSBOURNE) and features eclectic CD artwork by graffiti artist Ewok. The songs on “Confessions” merge punk grit, gutter attitude, honest storytelling, and razor sharp hooks, while the lyrics are tied together by the underlying theme of the Seven Deadly Sins.

“Confessions” is a loose concept album that revolves around the notion of the seven deadly sins and is inspired by events in singer’s Josh Todd’s childhood.

Josh Todd has also helped co-write a short film that will come out later in the year and expand upon the record’s themes. It’s not clear yet how the film will be distributed.

Heaven’s Basement

Hot off the heels of their sold out, jam-packed, first-ever show in New York City, a debut that Loudwire called “electric” and “exhilarating”, rising UK hard rockers Heaven’s Basement too their explosive live set Irving Plaza in NYC on May 23rd, 2013 and shocked the house with an empowering performance of Hard Rock aptitude.

Heaven’s Basement will be featured on the bill of such major U.S. rock festivals as Rocklahoma, Rock On The Range, Carolina Rebellion, Rockfest and UFest. In addition to dates with Buckcherry, they will play a string of club shows with The Last Vegas. Please see below for the itinerary.

“Fire, Fire”, the new video from U.K. hard rockers HEAVEN’S BASEMENT, can be seen below. The song comes off the band’s debut album, “Filthy Empire”, which was released in North America on February 5 via Red Bull Records. The follow-up to the independently released “Unbreakable” EP was produced by John Feldmann (THE USED, PAPA ROACH, BLACK VEIL BRIDES).
