This past Friday in NYC Bret Michaels and his band paid tribute to the Men and Woman of the Military and 9/11 First Responders at the Fox and Friends Summer Concert Series.

How better than to spend a Friday morning with Bret Michaels at a BBQ hosted by Fox & Friends, in New York City?

The weather was picture perfect, the ribs were grilling by Famous Dave’s, and Bret supplied the tunes. He and his band put on a great mini-set which included “Nothing but a Good Time”, “Your Mama Don’t Dance”, “Sweet Home Alabama”, “Unskinny Bop”, “The App Song”, a song off his new CD Jammin’ with Friends of course “Every Rose has its Thorn”.

The band was at the top of their game, teasing the crowd with a six song set. Nobody wanted to leave as kids, fans, and passers-by were all smiling and begging for more.

I think everybody went to work a little happier that day.
