Outlaw Rockers Pig Iron sign to Off Yer Rocka Recordings Worldwide and are readying to release their 5th Studio album ‘Sermons From The Church of Blues Restitution’. A band who have been described as ‘crushingly heavy’ and ‘biker metal extraordinaire’ have put together their fifth studio album of 10 tracks that showcase their talent perfectly. With a good mix of soul crushingly heavy guitar and bass tracks and thumping drums, as well as the matching vocals of Johnny Ogle, the music shines through. With outstanding tracks such as album opener ‘Wildcare Birdhead’ and ‘Come To Me’, listeners are taken on a journey through bikers and outlaws, and the musical expertise of four Swedish rockers giving all they have for their art. I’d definitely recommend giving this a spin, especially if you like savage guitar work, whisky soaked vocals and classy backing vocals on tracks like Come To Me.
