HRH. C.R.O.W.S 2: even more bands added to the HRH stables.
With fans still buzzing from the inaugural event, the special offer price and a plethora of amazing talent announced for HRH CROWS 2, you would think HRH were all done and dusted but that’s not the way they do it! Guns at the ready, Stetson aloft and in they ride with another announcement of bands:
All the way from Nashville with an Americana Music Association Lifetime Achievement Award is a band armed with 30 years of music ready to bring their rock ’n’ roll to Sheffield as we welcome Jason and the Scorchers to the festival. With yet another new album on the horizon, these boys do not know how to stop rocking and rolling! The band will co-headline Saturday night along with fellow American’s The Kentucky Headhunters.
Dirty Thrills are also making their way to Sheffield next year. An exciting and charismatic blues-rock quartet from London fronted by Louis James, the son of ex-Moody Blues singer Nicky James, this unique outfit are bringing back rock ‘n’ roll, with the perfect musical blend of sex, riffs and lung-busting vocals.
Also announced is a host of up and coming bands along with bands already making waves in the music scene: Black Whiskey, Gorilla Riot, Hatfield Rising, Nine Miles South, The Wattingers and Finding Georgia.
Already confirmed is…
The Kentucky Headhunters and Molly Hatchet will headline the event and are joined by, Pig Iron, Voodoo Six, The Outlaw Orchestra, Doomsday Outlaw, Sons Of Liberty, Dead Man’s Whiskey, Black Cat Bones, Stevie Jones and The Wildfires, Swamp Born Assassins, Stand Amongst Giants, Hell’s Addiction and The Jupiter Blues.
The triumphant debut for this uniquely HRH-flavoured celebration of Country Rock, Outlaw, Western & Southern Rock (C.R.O.W.S) has just ridden into town, rocked Sheffield’s O2 Academy, then ridden off into the sunset, leaving a lot of happy music fans with grins on their faces as they wend their way back home. And yet (surprise, surprise!), even as the first C.R.O.W.S. comes to a magnificent end, HRH are announcing bands for next year’s trailblazing adventure, to take place between 7th-8th September, 2019!
So saddle up once more, compadres! The adventure continues: Keep following the C.R.O.W.S!
