Wayward Sons the brainchild of former Little Angels frontman Toby Jepson. After years of working in the movie business, performing with other bands, and working as a producer, the singer wanted to have a band, following his passion for writing and performing music. This was the starting point of Wayward Sons.

The band with a line-up that’s completed by Nic Wastell, Phil Martini, and Sam Wood, premiered in 2017 with ‘Ghosts of Yet to Come’ and two more records followed. Now it is time for an EP the guys thought, and here it is. ‘Score Settled’ is the title of the newest effort and features some new songs plus some extra.

The new songs come out of the ‘Even Up The Score’-session and they are indeed too good to just disappear in no-mans land. These songs are energetic and dynamic rockers that show the width as well as the beauty of down-to-earth Hardrock with edges. As for the album, Wayward Sons find the sweet spot of hardness, the right punch, and a good melody. Each of the songs clicks on all cylinders and blooms right away.

The other four songs are reflecting the same mindset and have been released earlier in some special formats. Now they are available for the bigger rock community and finish off a release that is built on the spirit of hard rocking music. No frills and pure power instead. ‘Score Settled’ is another great effort by Jepson and Co.; music that provides a good time.
