On the 6th December, psychedelic blues soul trio, DeWolff, from the Netherlands will return with their 10th album ‘Muscle Shoals’ which was recorded at the iconic FAME Studios and the Muscle Shoals Sound Studio. It’s an exceptional continuation of form from a band who are in the prime of their career.

It’s been a busy 18 months for the band since their last album ‘Love Death & In between’ was released to a huge fanfare. They’ve since produced the world’s fastest studio-to-store record – 2 hours, 59 minutes, and 38 seconds for “Rosita Rápida”, beating the record previously held by Jack White. DeWolff were nominated for an Edison Award (The Dutch Grammy’s), they;ve released Live & Outta Sight III, and also received the live music award, the ‘Gouden Notekraker.’. That accompanied by support slots with the Black Crowes, TOTO and others, and headline tours in the UK and Europe, and even their first US date, has seen DeWolff’s star shine even brighter.

With the album launch just a few weeks away, and their 2nd DeWolffest festival taking place that same weekend in Utrecht, lead singer and guitarist, Pablo, sat down with MyGlobalMind.com.

Neither interviewer, nor interviewee know the true definition of brownie points!
