Pete Spiby and James Evans of Black Spiders give a no holds interview where they talk about the dark side of rock n roll, their relentless songwriting style, the harsh realities of touring and how their fans can get their hands on a secret never heard before track!

Black Spiders exploded out of Sheffield in the late 2000s, injecting the UK rock scene with a shot of adrenaline that blended heavy riffs, stoner grooves, and punk swagger. With Pete “Spider” Spiby at the helm, they quickly carved out their niche through sweat-soaked anthems like “St. Peter” and the tongue-in-cheek “KISS Tried to Kill Me.” Their 2011 debut “Sons of the North” didn’t just announce their arrival—it kicked down the door with a boot of authenticity that was sorely missing from British rock.

After riding high with their self-titled sophomore album and countless beer-drenched, eardrum-shattering shows, the band hit pause in 2017 before their welcome resurrection two years later. Their 2021 comeback proved the hiatus had only sharpened their teeth. Live, where their battle cry “Fear Not For Rock And Roll Is Dead” echoes through packed venues, Black Spiders deliver a masterclass in no-bullshit rock that’s increasingly rare in today’s scene. They remain influential torchbearers for a generation of bands who understand that sometimes, all you need is volume, attitude, and songs that hit like a freight train.

Black Spiders new single ‘ Never Enough’ drops like a hammer, blending their signature thunderous riffs and the relentless energy which has become their signature sound! The first single from their hotly anticipated new album ‘Cvrses’!
