On our way to the tour, we stopped by Hamburg in our record label AFM to discuss the next album. So we have already made plans and settled that it will be released next year.
It’s the first new release from the band since 2014’s ‘Diamond In The Firepit’, also the last time the band played the UK, so for me, knowing we get them back in October at Rockingham on the back of a new album is great news indeed.
The whole universe might be a hologram, many scientists are taking it serious. In the end all what seems Science Fiction might be simply reality.
The Illegals are not messing around. We are all on the same page. All focused and all trying to bring our A game with this new disc. The direction is totally different from the first album.
‘Sacred Ground’ could well be the very best ‘Dare’ album to date it is that good from the songwriting , production to the delivery everything about this album is immaculate. So stand up and take a bow guys you have done yourselves proud, an outstanding album which will stand the test of time and still be a monster \m/\m/.

In keeping with 2013’s album “Second Coming”, Stryper have indeed been ‘reborn’ and are currently riding high on a second career. Whether they ever manage to reach the heady heights of their career in the 1980s remains to be seen but on the strength of recent releases, the quality of their output cannot be brought into question.
So what of their latest offering, ”Fallen” to be released 16th Oct? Will it be “The Rock That Makes Me Roll” or will it be heading straight to the “Abyss”?
