Interview with Harry Hess (Vocals) (First Signal, Harem Scarem)
All the songs with big choruses and stuff like that and like I said we’ve always set out to write those types of songs.
Harem Scarem – Live At The Phoenix Review
If you’re a Harem Scarem fan, I don’t need to tell you what’s up, because you already know and will buy this anyway
Harem Scarem – Thirteen Review
I am not ashamed to admit that I am a huge Harem Scarem fan. They have released some albums that have made major impacts on my life. I wish the world shared my opinion as well, as these guys are high on my list of bands that are so much more deserving of the spotlight than most of those in it. Thirteen from start to finish is absolutely stellar and exactly what the fans of their music have come to love and appreciate from them.
Harem Scarem – Mood Swings II Review
I’ll never understand why this band didn’t get the commercial success, they deserve. To me they were always very close to Def Leppard, sometimes even better. With “Mood Swings II” we get the opportunity to re-discover the best album Harem Scarem have ever done. Sadly there isn’t much more to discover, than the three new tracks, a better production and a documentary about recording this album (on a bonus DVD). So long-time fans of this band may not decide they need the whole record. Any way – an amazing album with stunning songs remains a fantastic album, so everybody who missed the original “Mood Swings” and calls himself a fan of Melodic Hard Rock has to buy “Mood Swings II”, immediately!
Interview with Harry Hess (First Signal, Harem Scarem)(Vocals)
Not for me, it’s no secret that H.S was a lot of work for me personally so if I didn’t have a problem with it I’m not sure anyone else would have. I still work with Pete almost daily and with Creighton a fair bit as well. Barry is basically out of the music biz so I don’t work with him but I consider all of them to be good friends.
