Back in May of this year, Rock Goddess, a band comprising of three dynamic ladies, Jody Turner (guitar and vocals), Julie Turner –sister of Jody (drums) and Tracey Lamb (bass) played their first gig in 32 years at the O2 Academy Islington.
Billed as the ‘Farewell to Childhood’ tour it marked the 30th anniversary of the release of the Marillion album ‘Misplaced Childhood’.
Musically the set was like a roller coaster. They would bring you up and down and then up again and then down all the while wrapping us around like the snake up in the tree that only hears what he sees.
