Heavy prog luminaries, OPETH are set to release one of 2019’s most anticipated heavy albums, In Cauda Venenum, on 27th September via Moderbolaget / Nuclear Blast. Today, the band has unveiled a bi-lingual visualizer for the opus’s first new song, ‘Hjärtat Vet Vad Handen Gör’ / ‘Heart In Hand’
If you’ve not yet seen the rejuvenated Rainbow, with a youthful 74-year-old Ritchie Blackmore, then do so as there’s really no guarantee he’ll be doing this for years and years to come!
OPETH have today revealed a tour trailer & have also added an extra UK show at Norwich UEA on 27th October, with tickets going on sale this Wednesday.
This release from Opeth, into theirs and the Red Rocks, live catalog, is further proof of how immense it can be when a band and venue compliment each other so well.
I was sure that the beloved Massey Hall would make for a great venue to showcase two such amazing acts.
There is no doubt this is a great album. The anticipation is well deserved and we believe most fans will love ‘Sorceress’
Opeth is not to every metal fan’s taste, and there is some minor drunken heckling from the audience; however the selection of tracks in today’s show is well suited to the diverse crowd and seem to be equally appreciated by fans as well as those unfamiliar with their material
