Lockdown Listening from Savage Messiah

Savage Messiah return with a formal live video taken at their sold out show at Tokyo’s Kandamyouiin Hall. The video was uploaded on Friday morning [April 24th] and has now had more than 286k views.

Lead singer Dave says ‘The Bitter Truth’ a track from our latest record Demons recorded live at Kandamyoujin Hall in Tokyo . We have been very fortunate to be able to go to Japan every year for the last 3 years and to steadily see the band get more and more popular has been really rewarding to us .

Kandamyoujin Hall is in the centre of the world famous Kanda Shrine , and is a really unusual place for a metal concert in Tokyo . The loyalty of our Japanese fans is amazing , so we played for 2 hours straight and this video gives you a good idea of the vibe and energy of the night .

We decided to put out this track now since there won’t be any concerts for a while and we figured that in these unprecedented times we wanted to give something to our fans and friends stuck in lockdown around the world .
The reaction has been amazing , and to clock up 200K views in just 4 days has really caught us by surprise but we’re really grateful to everyone out there for watching and listening .”

The track is taken from Savage Messiah’s latest album ‘Demons’ which out now on Nuclear Blast.
