The Warning, Massive Wagons and Wayward Sons join Maid of Stone as the final 14 bands are announced.

Maid of Stone festival has completed its 2024 line-up with another 14 bands, bringing the total across the weekend to 39.

Hard rocking Mexican outfit The Warning will make their Mote Park debut. Described as one the most ‘exciting news bands in rock music today’, the Villarreal sisters lead an action packed line-up that also features well-respected British rockers Massive Wagons and Wayward Sons – the latest venture from rock icon and former Little Angel, Toby Jepson.

Self-described ‘chav metallers’ Seething Akira will bring their exciting mash-up of metal, rave, rap and madness to Mote Park, following a ‘festival stealing’ performance at Bloodstock last year. They will be joined on the heavier side of things by Skarlett Riot – fresh off a sold-out headlining UK tour.

Swiss rockers Daxx and Roxane will open the Phoenix Stage on Sunday 21st July and are joined by The Karma Effect, Nashville’s Drew Dixon, Irish dark rockers Brake Loose and local bands Black Roze and Big River who topped a supporters poll to take slots on the Firestarter Stage.

Saturday 20th July will see theatrical hard-rockers Ward XVI headline the Firestarter Stage and are joined by the well supported Dead Man’s Whiskey and local sleaze rockers Spyder Byte.

This completes the line-up for Maid of Stone 2024.

Festival booker Chris Wright said “It has been a difficult year for promoters, we’ve already seen big events postpone their 2024 shows but we were determined to build on the successes of last year and grow – and we’ve done that with this line-up. We are all incredibly excited with the bill we have put together – it’s going to be a fantastic summer in Mote Park”.
