Imminence Unleashes Most Extreme Track with “Death Shall Have No Dominion”

swedish metal pioneers blend violin and brutality in new single...

Swedish metal innovators Imminence start 2025 with their heaviest release to date. The new single follows their groundbreaking 2024 album The Black, combining signature violin-led sound with Scandinavian death and black metal influences in what fans call “violincore.”

“We want to show you that The Black goes deeper and darker than you could ever imagine,” says guitarist Harald Barrett.

2024 saw sold-out tours across the U.S., Europe, and Australia. The band now announces “The Black Finale” arena shows (December 2025), alongside Scandinavian and North American tours.

Celebrating their decade milestone with The Reclamation of I, Imminence boasts 1 million online followers, 400 million streams, and global sold-out shows. “Death Shall Have No Dominion” showcases vocalist Eddie Berg’s violin arrangements merged with their heaviest instrumental work yet.
