30 December 2015, Through his Facebook page, Tony Harnell has announced that he has left the band Skid Row. His original post on Facebook reads as follows:

“I’m sorry to inform everyone that I’m no longer the lead singer for Skid Row. I thank the fans for their love and support! XO TH”

The band have not yet provided a comment nor released a statement regarding this matter.

Tony, former front man of TNT, joined Skid Row earlier this year after the sudden departure of Johnny Solinger. After 15 years with the band, it has been reported that Solinger decided to pursue a solo career.

During his time with the band, Tony endured some fierce criticism from hardcore fans who compared the front man to Skid Rows original voice, Sebastian Bach.

As yet, Tony has not announced his plans for the future.
