To celebrate the launch of new single ‘Someone I Love‘ , Daxx & Roxane are hosting a ‘bit of a do’ on March 8 at Sixty Sixty Sounds in London’s (in)famous Soho district.

‘Someone I love’ is a a full-on rock n roll assault to the senses, with its infectious catchy sing-along chorus, relentless rhythm and string section and high-octane guitars.

This is the bands first material since last year’s ‘Junk Food Hangover’ – a one off single that was recorded at actors Dominic Coopers (Mamma Mia!, Captain America, Preacher) recording studio after hearing the band.

Their brand new album is currently in the the works with BRIT Award Winning producer Pedro Ferreira (The Darkness – “Permission To Land’, Stereophonics, Enter Shakari) at the helm. Pedro gave the band high praise after recording ‘Someone I Love’ in Sweden late last year, stating “I haven’t had this much fun in the studio for a very long time. Daxx & Roxane are not just fun to work with they are a fantastic bunch of musicians and they totally rock.”

Since the bands first release – the critically praised ‘Ticket To Rock’ (see press release) the band saw 5 singles grace the Planet Rock playlists. All 5 tracks that were played consecutively spent a staggering 40 weeks on the station. The band have also been busy on the live circuit, 2017 saw them support HIM on their final ever UK Roundhouse shows and last year they played both HRH UK and Ibiza festivals as well as headlining a stage at their native Montreux Jazz Festival, Camden Rocks and Stone Free Festival and most recently supporting Bad Touch on a 18 date UK tour last November.
