QUEENSRŸCHE released their quintessential album Digital Noise Alliance on October 7th via Century Media Records.
With its current lineup of Todd LaTorre [vocals], Michael Wilton [guitar], Eddie Jackson [bass], Mike Stone [guitar], and new drummer Casey Grillo, the band is looking toward the future while keeping a keen eye on their revolutionary musical past. It’s a return to form for QUEENSRŸCHE’s vintage sound.
Digital Noise Alliance shows QUEENSRŸCHE challenging themselves to grow while balancing the boundaries of heavy metal, hard rock, and progressive metal to form a unified sound that is instantly recognizable as QUEENSRŸCHE. The new release is steep with killer riffs, steel-belted screams, and powerful choruses. No subject is off the table lyrically with Todd as he explores the dark recesses of his mind and masterly pulls fans deep into his dreams, nightmares, fears, and haunting loneliness.
Songs like “Realms,” “Out of the Black,” and “Lost in Sorrow” jump out of the speakers and command your attention in the vein of Rage for Order and The Warning. This vibrant and addictive album is destined to be one of their best! Click here to order Digital Noise Alliance: https://centurymedia.store/dept/queensryche?

It was a pleasure to interview Michael to discuss their latest release. He shares that the band used only new riffs and songs to get the vintage feel on Digital Noise Alliance, how pulling out old amps from the early ’80s helped ignite the band’s legacy sound, his enjoyment of everyone being in the same room writing, and a headline tour is in the works for 2023.
