Meshuggah Announce European Tour with The Halo Effect and Mantar for Early Next Year

Meshuggah Announce European Tour with The Halo Effect and Mantar for Early Next Year...

With some remastered albums either already out or on their way and following a run of shows through North America, Swedish extreme metal outfit Meshuggah will return to their old stomping grounds early next year for a run of dates throughout Europe.

From March 7 in Budapest until March 28 in Cologne, Germany, the progressively punishing band will take The Halo Effect and Mantar along for the ride on the “Immutable” tour. As you can probably gather from the tour’s name, Meshuggah will be on this specific run of dates in support of their ninth studio album, Immutable.

Still, it wouldn’t be all too shocking if the band broke out some bangers from ObZen or Chaosphere, as they were both recently remastered for their 15th and 25th anniversaries, respectively. it also helps that both of those albums have some killer tracks like “New Millennium Cyanide Christ,” “ObZen,” and “Bleed.” But really, any show is a good Meshuggah show — just ask Bill Burr.

Tickets will be available starting this Friday, September 29 at 11 a.m., with the artist presale kicking off today at 11 a.m. local time.
